Angelica
Angelica Panganiban, a Filipino American model and actress, who is also a TV hostess and comedian. Panganiban is dubbed the "new Queen of Drama" by numerous media sources. Her name is also acknowledged as being among the Philippines the most skilled and diverse actors. The term angelica roots means that only the roots of the plant are used. Angelica sang Rise Up by Andra day in 2017 for season 12 America's Got Talent. She made it to the finals after the audition was a success. The Judge Cuts round, Angelica was given a golden buzzer from host judges Chris Hardwick after covering Girl on Fire by Alicia Keys, sending her directly to the live shows. Live shows featured her perform Clarity, by Zedd, in the semifinals. Then Without You and And Without You by David Guetta during the semifinals. Angelica was able to make it to the finals where she sang Symphony of Clean Bandit. The finale episode featured her singing Stronger along with Kelly Clarkson. She finished the competition as second, making her the youngest finalist on the show's record. Angelica Hale fell ill at age 4 with pneumonia and strep due to an infection caused by a bacteria. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston placed Angelica Hale on ECMO support for lifesaving treatment. She developed multiple organ failures as well as kidney failure, which were not able to recuperate. Hemodialysis and later peritoneal dialysis changed her life to a new normal. Her return home was finally made after eighteen days in hospital, after a time when she was close to death, and began the long road back to healthy. Life was forever changed. Angelica had been in dialysis for nearly a year before she was finally ready for the biggest surgery of her entire life, a kidney transplant. Angelica would be receiving the donated kidney from her mother. Angelica and her mother had a successful kidney surgery on the 13th of September, 2013, at Emory University Hospital and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston, two hospitals located across from each other. Angelica Hale pursued her dream of being a star for years after.
